How to initiate a return:

Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges are processed after we receive the original item in returnable condition.
β Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
