  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

  • Need a different item or color? Let us know β€” we’ll be happy to exchange your purchase if eligible.

  • Exchanges are processed after we receive the original item in returnable condition.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
